NFT Producer

Founded by a team with decades of experience in technology and entertainment, Curio is a favored platform in selling NFTs (digital collectibles) for major IP owners and content producers, and is known for selling out popular pieces shortly after they drop.

After closing an oversubscribed $1.2M seed round, we are excited to expand our team and continue to grow the Curio community.

We are looking for an ambitious Creative Producer to work directly with our clients and turn their visions into realities on emerging technology. You lead a team of digital artists to bring creative life to projects from a variety of clients and optimize their NFT drop experiences at Curio, from start to finish. You will own creative production, mobilizing the entire Curio team to ensure every project meets and exceeds client expectations.

With IP clients & NFT Collectors being top of mind, your key focus will be:

Deliver superior NFT product and experiences by working closely with premium IP clients throughout the entire creative and production process, ensuring project visions and objectives are properly realized

Understand and craft project requirements, develop project timelines, and deliver products to clients in a timely manner
Identify fan first strategies and creative to bring about the collecting experience and tap into the emotional connections for the product
Work closely with systems designer and economy designer on pricing and volume for assets
Oversee production quality and creativity of NFTs to create world class client experience and build a loyal client base
Work closely with the marketing team on product positioning and messaging for launch
Collaborate with art team to craft desired look and feel of design collections
Establish and maintain relationships with artists and brands in order to optimize their NFT drop successes and launch strategies with Marketing
Oversee client service and support internal teams to ensure the creation of product and execution of product drops run smoothly
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead the execution of special projects
Work with product, design, marketing, and engineering to analyze insights and trends to inform future success
Maintain awareness of notable information and developments within the NFT scene and broader industry

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years in a relevant creative producer leadership role in the digital art space
Experience managing digital art projects and various drop formats including traditional, limited editions, live auctions, and open editions
Experience with digital art creation, mobile gaming experiences, app development, AR/VR projects, video creation, or website creation
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Deep understanding of drop culture
Passion for NFTs and providing a groundbreaking platform for creators and clients

Preferred Qualifications:

15+ years in a relevant creative producer leadership role in the digital art space
Experience building and managing NFT production from conception to launch
Previous experience in the fast-paced start-up environment in the NFT and digital art space
Outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

COMMUNITY MANAGER

Do you want to be the heart of a community that uses technology to bring people closer to the stories they love? Do you want to lead the conversation around the preferred platform in digital fan experiences?

We are looking for a media-savvy Community Manager to act as the face of Curio and build brand loyalty and awareness. As the first team member to lead the community, you will be responsible for nurturing a global network within a fast-paced startup environment. You will use social media and online forums such as Discord, Twitter, and Instagram to build the Curio brand and organize community events to bring together current collectors and grow our user base.

You will provide engaging social media and moderate forums while keeping up-to-date on industry developments and opportunities. You should be a self-starter with a deep understanding of social media marketing and a passion for emerging technology.
