Swati D. Doshi

Swati champions talent optimization within organization by helping companies leverage the value and skills of their employees. She’s had the opportunity to partner with CEOs to double the size of their workforce, and has coached senior leadership at prominent companies. Swati and her staff have facilitated imposter syndrome and coaching workshops for organizations committed to diversity. Clients such as CB Insights, Element, and eSalon enlist Swati for their targeted consulting needs.
Prior to founding Human Results, she worked at Google for eight years in North America and Asia, having immersed herself in People Operations. As a respected leader within the Google community, Swati was chosen as an internal career coach and team facilitator for workshops on Unconscious Bias and Maximizing Team Performance. Before joining Google, Swati managed sales for Johnson & Johnson and Eli Lilly, which followed her tenure as a management consultant at Accenture.
Swati earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University and has continued her education in Coaching and Project Management at Columbia University and Stanford University. In her spare time, Swati enjoys hiking, being by the water, reading and meeting people around the globe - she considers herself a professional networker and connector.
Graham Jones
Graham Jones, former CEO of eSalon, thrives on building and operating high-functioning teams. After selling eSalon in 2022, he has been investing and advising companies on growth strategies. His areas of focus include international expansion, talent acquisition, and innovative approaches in digital marketing with a focus on content, lifestyle, and influencer marketing.
Graham and Swati have worked together in varying capacities for the last 10 years. While Graham was CEO at eSalon, Swati coached and skilled up a number of his leaders. In 2023, Graham and Swati partnered on numerous coaching and recruiting engagements.
Graham started his career in tax accounting. In 2001, he moved to the start-up, PriceGrabber. A pioneer in the digital advertising space, he was the 6th employee and the first sales resource to build the CPC advertising network. Six years later PriceGrabber sold to Experian. In 2013, after leading PriceGrabber as General Manager in the larger Experian org, Graham joined D-to-C start-up, eSalon. There, he again focused on revenue growth and adding incremental revenue generating D-to-C brands to the eSalon portfolio. eSalon sold to Henkel in April of 2022.
Monica J. Stoffel
Monica is a progressive HR professional who is passionate about the employee journey and how it impacts the business. She thrives on partnering with the leadership team to implement data driven HR initiatives that boost employee engagement and transform organizations.
Monica started her career in technical recruiting. Shortly after joining iProspect.com, a startup in high growth mode, She was asked by the CEO to build an HR practice from the ground up. Monica fine tuned her craft by consulting with HR experts and partnering with legal counsel on compliance laws. During her tenure, iProspect’s head count grew over 1200% and revenue by 600% and it became a global brand. During this time, Monica ran all facets of HR and led the organization through change, reorganization and acquisition.
Over the next 15 years, Monica worked as a consultant and full time HR executive at high growth and established companies. Her style is collaborative; her approach is progressive, thoughtful and humanistic. She’s been successful putting HR learning into practice and refined what HR can be, and more importantly, what it should be.
