    RECENT PROJECT:

    Challenge:  a HealthTech startup successfully sourced and interviewed "dream candidates" but failed to close them

    Findings:  minimal employment branding, total rewards package not aligned to market rates, and inconsistencies on role expectations from interview panlists

    Solutions:  partnered with marketing to enhance employment branding, created a scalable recruiting process that included redesigned job descriptions that matched role requirements to realistic market rates, and calibrated interview panelists on customized questions per role with corresponding rubric to assess answers

    Outcome:  Human Results sourced and closed the only female senior executive at the HealthTech startup; furthermore, the CEO was able to interview and successfully close other candidates without relying on vendor services

    RECENT PROJECT:

    Marrying our deep industry expertise in both healthcare and media we questioned the legitimacy behind a growth company's claims on market adoption.  Our curiosity was piqued since movers and shakers from Google, Facebook, and Adobe joined this rapidly growing company, so we turned to investigate the subject matter we know best - people. 

    Utilization of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter enabled us to analyze employment trends to spot abnormalities.  By building trust and authentic relationships, we uncovered a red flag that was missed by large institutional investors and C-Suite executives.
