Job Description:
People Management and Operations
Own all processes surrounding recruiting, hiring and onboarding new team members
Manage quarterly performance review process for the entire team
Ensure that all company documentation is up to date, including employee handbook and benefits summaries
Conduct 1:1s and regular meetings as deemed necessary
Manage company’s ADP payroll account and run semi-monthly payroll
Work closely with the company’s CEO to assess team needs and propose thorough plans for process, protocols, or restructuring as needed
Office Operations
Streamline office supply and pantry requests and ensure office is properly stocked with the appropriate items
Ensure office is well maintained, organized, and clean
Continuously vet new opportunities to improve office culture and design
Financial and Expensing Operations
Review and process invoices payable by the company
Review monthly expense reports and process expense reimbursements as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years in startup operations and HR experience is required
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute on ideas thoroughly with little to no direction
Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience with coordinating professional communications both internally and externally
A demonstrated ability to communicate with and support senior leaders effectively
Fluency in Google Suite and an aptitude for picking up new technology quickly
Bachelor’s degree in an associated field with a GPA of 3.5 or above

Data Protection Leader
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring the organisation’s compliance with the GDPR and monitoring data privacy risks arising in the organisation’s activities
- Awareness-raising within the organisation of data processing requirements under the GDPR and other applicable European data privacy laws
- Ensuring staff are trained on data processing requirements
- Conducting data protection impact assessments
- Maintaining records of processing
- Conducting data security and processing audits
- Serving as a point of contact for data subjects and supervisory authorities
While our client is not an EU company (they are based in NYC). The company is seeking to meet candidates who have experience with other standards (e.g., NIST, ISO) and data protection / legal frameworks.

Finance Leader

Job Description:
Set up all financial operations and manage all financial documentation and processes for the company
Process and manage multiple international revenue and investment streams
Set up and manage weekly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Oversee annual and long-term budgetary planning to ensure business goals are met, ideally exceeded
Partner with operational leaders to complete financial analysis in an effort to identify trends, threats, and opportunities
Qualifications
3+ years of finance experience + at least 1 year of experience in international accounting and modeling is required
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in key finance software is required
A demonstrated ability to communicate with and support senior leaders effectively
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
